New Customers

Guest Requirements:

  • All pets must be current on all vaccinations. (MUST BE UPDATED AT LEAST 72hrs BEFORE ARRIVAL)

    • for canines: Rabies, Bordetella, & Distemper/Parvo

    • for felines: Rabies, Feline Leukemia, & FYRCP

  • All guests are required to provide a credit card in order to hold your reservation. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AmericanExpress)

    • The card does not have to be the same method of payment you want to use at checkout. It is only held on file in case of an unforeseen emergency.

  • ​All Sunday guests are charged for that day's service, both arriving and departing.​​

  • All weekends are charged a two-day minimum. 

  • Holiday boarding is a ​​​three-day minimum.
