  • Saturday

    • 8:00am - 1:00pm​

  • Sunday

    • Departures 5:00pm - 6:00pm

    • Arrivals 5:30pm - 6:00pm

Check-in for boarding begins at 10am Monday thru Saturday.

Guest Requirements

  • All pets must be current on all vaccinations. (MUST BE UPDATED AT LEAST 72hrs BEFORE ARRIVAL)

    • ​for canines: Rabies, Bordetella, & Distemper/Parvo

    • for felines: Rabies, Feline Leukemia, & FYRCP

  • All guests are required to provide a credit card in order to hold your reservation. (Visa, Mastercard, Discover, or AmericanExpress)

    • The card does not have to be the same method of payment you want to use at checkout. It is only held on file in case of an unforeseen emergency.

  • Please pre-bag your pet's food by each feeing before arrival, we cannot accept any large food containters.

  • ​​All Sunday guests are charged for that day's service, both arriving and departing. And prepayments are required for Sunday checkouts.​​

  • All weekends are a two-day minimum. 

  • Holiday boarding is a ​​​three-day minimum.

  • Copeland's highly suggests all guests experience a Day Camp prior to an overnight boarding visit. (Day Camping is available Mon-Thurs (except Holidays).
